Key Responsibilities
Identify issues requiring further investigation and create support tickets accordingly
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the support system




Communicate directly with users via phone or video calls to resolve complex issues
Ensure no customer query remains unresolved and track issues until closure
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, etc.) to expedite issue resolution

Eligibility & Requirements
Academic background in BBA / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Marketing or related discipline preferred)
Strong client-handling and customer service mindset
Ability to create professional presentations for client pitches
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Hindi proficiency will be considered an added advantage
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Robust interest in Customer Success, SaaS, and Business Development Behavioral Competencies
Dynamic, proactive, and customer-centric
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Employment Details
