Position : Sales Coordinator.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp.
Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Process confirmed orders and coordinate with the godown and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
Generate sales invoices and ensure accurate order documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely updates to customers.
Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communications.

Requirements :
Minimum 2 years experience.
Valuable communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments.
Valuable organizational and customer service skills.
Experience in sales coordination or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
