Job Title : Sales Executive - Pet Store Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with pet-related products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. The role requires product knowledge, passion for pets, and robust communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their needs related to pets, pet food, accessories, and care products
Provide accurate information and recommendations on pet products and basic pet care
Drive sales by promoting offers, current arrivals, and premium products
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle billing, cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards in the store
Ensure proper stock display, replenishment, and price tagging
Assist in stock receiving, inventory checks,



and reporting shortages or damages
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
Coordinate with store manager and team members for smooth store operations
