Responsibilities :
Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues or directing to appropriate departments.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
Collaborate to enhance customer service procedures.

Requirements :
Positive English communication skills (verbal and written).
Prior customer service experience.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in computers and customer service software.

Qualifications :
Minimum GRADUATE, diploma or equivalent.
