Job Title: Jewellery Sales cum Customer Support Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a Jewellery Sales cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a customer support-focused role with no sales targets .

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with jewellery product inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, order updates, and after-sales support.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely communication.

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).




Freshers with outstanding English communication are encouraged to apply.
Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
Graduate (preferred)

This is not a target-based sales role . The primary responsibility is customer support and coordination with international clients while delivering a premium customer experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
