Job Title : Sales Executive (B2C)

Key Responsibilities :
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
Maintain minimum 3 hours of talk time daily .
Convert leads into sales through strong convincing and negotiation skills .
Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all customer interactions.
Ensure proper lead follow-up and customer relationship management.
Work with dialer systems for outbound calling.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements :
Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2C Sales .
Strong communication and convincing skills .
Experience working with CRM and dialer systems .
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace .
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools .
Laptop and reliable internet connection required (if applicable).
