Job Title: Sales Executive - Education Programs

Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell Language Programs (German, French, Japanese, English), Management Programs, and English Proficiency Test Preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo) . This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a positive attitude who are eager to start their career in education sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle online leads from Justdial, Sulekha, website, and digital platforms :
Call, counsel, and follow up with students and parents
Explain program details, fees, timelines, and career outcomes
Convert enquiries into enrollments through structured follow-ups
Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM / Excel / WhatsApp
Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding

Eligibility & Skills




Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply :
Freshers with good English communication skills preferred
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the education domain
Target-oriented mindset with a student-first approach
Experience handling Justdial / Sulekha online leads (added advantage, not mandatory)
Education, training institute, or EdTech exposure preferred
