Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and stock availability.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-organized at all times.
Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Work with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
