Key Duties & Responsibilities
Attending customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
Providing product knowledge to customers including fabric, for, size and ongoing offers.
Maintaining store visual merchandising and product displays.
Handle billing for smooth checkout experience.
Manage stock arrangement, replenishment, and folding as per brand.
Build postive customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements :
Qualification 12th pass.
Prior experience in retail sales.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
Personality with interest in fashion and retail.
Advantages :
Incentive pay on sales targets achieved.
Salary + incentive pay based on performance.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹32,323.13 per month
