Warm Welcoming and seating customers
Informing patrons about menu items, specials, events, and products or services
Taking orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
Liaising with kitchen staff (Chefs, cooks) for timely order delivery
Operating coffee machines and other equipment
Ensuring the food and other ingredients are fresh
Collect correct order from kitchen staff and serve it to customer
Clearing plates and cutlery from tables and handover it to Housekeeping staff and prepare tables for incoming customers
Prompt and attentive service
Effective complaint resoulation
Responding to customer questions, feedback or complaints
Assessing the condition of the facilities and equipment
Operating the cash register, accurately handling cash or cashless transactions and providing payment receipts
Maintaining a hygienic workplace by cleaning surfaces and equipment regularly
Tracking inventory levels to ensure the cafe has an adequate supply




Opening or closing the establishment

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
