Job Title: Call Center Executive - Hospital

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally and courteously.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for consultants and diagnostic services.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, doctors' availability, and health packages.
Address patient queries and escalate complaints to the concerned department when required.
Coordinate with OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, and other departments for seamless patient support.
Maintain accurate call logs and update patient information in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, health check-up packages, feedback, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Adhere to NABH guidelines, hospital policies,



and quality standards.
Meet daily call handling and service quality targets.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Executive, Customer Support Executive, or Telecaller in a hospital or healthcare industry .
Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or appointment scheduling software will be an added advantage.

Required Skills :
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
Experience in a multispecialty hospital.
Knowledge of NABH standards and patient service protocols.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence.
