Key Responsibilities
Manage gold loan sales and customer acquisition
Conduct gold appraisal and accurate valuation
Handle loan documentation, processing, and disbursement
Build long-term customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and branch support
Minimum 1+ year experience in:
Gold Loan Sales
Gold Appraisal / Gold Valuation
Knowledge of gold purity testing methods
Sales-oriented mindset with robust customer handling skills
Understanding of loan processes preferred
