Grip International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Sales Executive to join our team in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. As a Store Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and handle queries.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary products.
Manage cash transactions and handle the billing process efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications :




High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of computer operations.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks related to store maintenance.
