As an airline customer service agent, you could:
help passengers with self-serve or assisted check in procedures
deal with passenger flight queries
verify travel documents and provide boarding passes
weigh luggage and collect any excess weight charges
take care of children travelling alone, VIPs and people who need assistance
handle business lounge or meeting room bookings and catering requirements
assist passengers during delays, disruptions or emergency procedures
prepare flight paperwork and enter information into a computer or tablet.

his department manages the activities at the airport pertaining to passenger travel, security checks and ramp responsibilities. Ground staff at the airport, work in shifts and have an important role in daily operations. Handling passenger queries, cabin cleaning, catering, ticket sales, planning, monitoring, and controlling airline flight operations are some of the responsibilities they perform.



They are also responsible for complying with regulatory requirements and making each flight execution flawless and on-time. From boarding the flight on-time, keeping their baggage protected, cleaning the aircraft, and managing on-board refreshments, they do it all wearing a smile. Sounds good?
