We are urgently hiring for B2B Advisor for domestic process.

Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential b2b existing channel and explain product/service offerings
Build and maintain positive relationships through professional communication
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Handle customer queries and objections effectively
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the system
Follow up on leads and ensure conversion opportunities are maximized
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets assigned by the team
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Requirements :
Experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO (domestic process preferred)
Solid communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages
Computer knowledge and familiarity with calling systems such as CRM/Excel




Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude and valuable convincing skills
Minimum qualification: Graduate
