Role Description

This is a full time, in office role based in Jalgaon for a Front Desk Staff member. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations such as greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining an organized reception area. The role also involves scheduling appointments, managing correspondence,



and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the school office.

Qualifications
Robust interpersonal skills including professional Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on visitor and student-parent interactions
Proficient Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain attention to detail
Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred
Knowledge of educational settings or school operations is an added advantage

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
