Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Draft offer letters, NDAs, internship letters, and onboarding kits
Ensure seamless onboarding and maintain employee records
Manage HR documentation aligned with compliance standards
Assist in updating HR policies and templates
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
Making reports
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
