Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking processes, including baking, pastry making, and general kitchen tasks.
Support the bakery or pastry section by preparing doughs, fillings, and decorative elements such as cake decorating.
Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality.
Package baked goods and pastries efficiently for presentation or delivery, maintaining freshness and visual appeal.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper storage of ingredients and tools.




Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and uphold high standards of culinary excellence.
Follow recipes accurately while adhering to food industry regulations and catering or restaurant service requirements.

Skills
Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry arts with a robust foundation in culinary techniques.
Skilled in cake decorating, food preparation, and food handling procedures.
Excellent knife skills with the ability to handle various kitchen tools safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene standards essential for maintaining quality assurance.
Experience in food packaging, catering services, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
