Role Overview

The Cafe Operations Executive plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the café. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is comfortable taking ownership of a variety of responsibilities, from guest relations and cashiering to store upkeep and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and create a warm, friendly, and memorable café experience.
Build strong relationships with regular customers and foster a sense of community within the café.
Address customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service are maintained at all times.

Cashiering & Order Management
Accurately process customer orders and payments using the POS system.
Assist at the counter during busy periods and ensure productive customer flow.
Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure transaction accuracy.
Support customers with menu recommendations and product knowledge.

Cafe Operations
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the café.
Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards are maintained throughout the store.




Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and ordering requirements.
Help maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Team Support
Work closely with the café team to ensure effective service and operations.
Assist with training and onboarding of new team members when required.
Support management with operational tasks and process improvements.
Step in and assist across different areas of the business as needed.

Requirements :
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or café operations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced workplace.
Reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
Flexible and comfortable supporting a wide range of operational responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
