We are engaged in medical and surgical manufacturing and supplies of superior varieties of safety products like Medical Cotton, Dressings, Bandages, Surgical Tapes, Personal Protection Wear such as Gowns, Masks, Drapes, Coveralls, Shoe Covers etc.

Our manufacturing plant is under name of “Imperial Medcare” and is CE and ISO 13485 certified, and having MDR-5 manufacturing license. Products are manufactured and packed in a controlled setting, which has been designed as per class 9 specifications.

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage large number of incoming & outgoing calls
Identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Take orders from the customer over the calls




Communicate and coordinate with other colleagues as and when necessary
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time limits, take follow ups
Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Familiar with CRM system & practices
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Additional Information Working Conditions:
6 days in a week
Timing - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm(Office Timings)
No travelling will be there
