Main Work of a Telecaller
Calling customers to give information about a product or service.
Answering customer questions about products, services, or offers.
Generating sales or leads by convincing customers.
Following up with existing or potential customers.
Updating customer details in the company system or Excel/CRM.
Handling complaints or queries politely.
Types of Telecaller Work
Inbound Telecaller - Receives calls from customers who need help or information.
Outbound Telecaller - Calls customers to promote products, sales, surveys, or reminders.
Skills Required
Valuable communication skills (Hindi / English).
Polite speaking style and patience.
Basic computer knowledge .
Ability to convince customers .
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
