About the Role
will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of sales specialists across multiple territories, ensuring the organization attracts and hires high-performing talent to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding activities.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
