Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and best practices to support business scalability
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and fairness
Oversee onboarding, induction programs, and smooth exit processes
Drive annual performance management cycles, goal-setting, and development plans
Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and team-building
Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and industry standards
Coordinate payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management




Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, culture-building events
Maintain accurate HR records, generate insightful reports, and leverage data for decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications
Min 5+ years in an HR generalist or manager role
In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices
Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate sensitive issues with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools, ATS platforms
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
