Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The role involves handling quotations, customer coordination, vendor follow-ups, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and share quotations using Excel and Tally accurately and promptly
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and updates
Follow up with customers for order confirmations and payments :
Maintain and update data in CRM software regularly
Track pending orders and materials and follow up with vendors
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials :
Maintain proper documentation of quotations, orders, and dispatch details
Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently
Generate reports related to sales, orders, and pending items





Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce / Business / any relevant field
Experience in sales coordination or backend operations preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally (must)
Basic understanding of CRM systems :
Positive communication and follow-up skills
Solid organizational and multitasking ability
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Preferred Profile
Experience in electrical products / industrial supply business (added advantage)
Ability to handle multiple customers and vendors simultaneously
Robust sense of ownership and responsibility

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
