As we expand our footprint across India, we are looking for aFranchisee Onboarding / Development Manager to help build and scale our franchisenetwork.Job Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cochin
Role Overview
The Franchisee Onboarding / Development Manager will be responsible for managingthe end-to-end onboarding journey of recent franchise partners, ensuring smooth storelaunches, and enabling partners to deliver a consistent and high-quality customerexperience while supporting franchise expansion across the assigned state.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle of franchise partners
Ensure store setup and launch readiness in line with brand standards
Conduct training on product knowledge, demo processes, and sales approach
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding execution
Track onboarding timelines and improve operational processes
Build and maintain solid relationships with franchise partners
Identify and appoint new franchise partners and exclusive stores
Handle and manage franchise operations for the entire state
Achieve franchise development and expansion targets
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
