Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming customer queries in voice/chat :
Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy

Eligibility Criteria :
6 months of experience in international customer support preferably in finance, insurance or banking domain.

Communication : Should be confident, positive comprehension & vocabulary skills

Cab Facility : Available

Shift Details :
Rotational Shifts (24x7 with Night Shifts)

Work Days :
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week Off

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
