Freshers are welcome, and complete training will be provided.

Role and Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly.
Handle customer queries and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and update CRM systems.




Follow up with clients on ongoing projects and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for updates, escalation, and project completion.
Assist the sales team by identifying recent or additional service opportunities.

Who Can Apply
Have valuable communication skills in English is mandatory.
Are confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
Are positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Can manage tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism.

No fieldwork is required. No technical background is necessary. Freshers with robust communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
