Travel: Outside base locations and PAN-India, as per program requirements

Role Highlights
Deliver teacher training programs (online & in office) across South India
Mentor and manage state-level trainers
Support classroom implementation of PATH tools (HiPATH App, OMRs, etc.)
Engage with school leaders, education departments & government stakeholders
Monitor outcomes and support program scale-up
Represent the South Region in national-level trainings

Eligibility
Graduate/Postgraduate in Education / Social Work / Development Studies (or related fields)
B.Ed. preferred
Minimum 5 years of teaching/training experience
Age: 30+ years
Robust facilitation, leadership & communication skills
Proficiency in English and regional language(s)
Passion for education reform and capacity building

₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & suitability)
