Responsibilities :
Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Train, mentor, and coach team members to maintain high standards of service and performance.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to meet demand.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional initiatives to attract customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming setting for guests and staff.




Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Ensure all service areas and workflows are in strict compliance with health and local municipality standards

Qualifications :
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fine and Casual dining and upmarket restaurant experience

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
