We are looking for a polite, confident, and patient-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our health clinic. The role involves patient coordination, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and basic counseling while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism. Freshers with good communication skills and experienced telecallers from healthcare backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on doctor appointments
Explain clinic services, treatments, and procedures clearly
Follow up with patients for reports, treatments, and feedback
Maintain accurate call records and patient details in the system
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front-desk staff
Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy
Support marketing campaigns, camps, and lead follow-ups (if required)





Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Freshers: Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn
Proficiency in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
