Job Title: Vice Principal Employer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to support the Principal in leading our school community. The Vice Principal will play a key role in maintaining high academic standards, promoting student well-being, supporting staff performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations.

Position Purpose

The Vice Principal works closely with the Principal to provide instructional leadership, manage school operations, support teachers and staff, and create a protected, inclusive, and productive learning workplace for all students.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in planning, implementing, and evaluating academic and school-wide programs
Supervise teachers, support staff, and students to ensure effective teaching and learning
Support curriculum delivery, classroom instruction, and assessment practices
Manage student discipline and behavior in line with school policies and regulations
Promote a positive school culture focused on respect, responsibility, and achievement
Assist with staff evaluations, mentoring, and professional development
Support scheduling, timetabling, examinations, and daily school operations
Ensure compliance with educational regulations, safety standards,



and school policies
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders
Act as Principal in the absence of the Principal, when required

Required Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in Education.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
Prior leadership, supervisory, or administrative experience preferred
Robust understanding of curriculum standards and student support systems

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle conflict and make sound decisions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Commitment to student success, equity, and continuous improvement
