Riya Dhall is a premium fashion label known for its exquisite handwork, luxury couture, and personalized client experience. We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Store Assistant to join our growing team in Indore.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling & Sales
Welcome and assist clients visiting the studio/store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits and styling options.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Follow up with potential and existing clients regarding inquiries, trials, and orders.
Support sales targets through effective product presentation and client engagement.

Store Management
Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and visual presentation of the store.
Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
Assist in inventory management, stock tracking, and product tagging.
Coordinate with the production and design teams regarding client orders and deliveries.
Manage trial schedules, appointments, and customer records.

Operations & Administration
Handle billing, order documentation, and customer databases.




Assist in daily store operations and reporting.
Support social media and client engagement activities when required.
Ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience for every client.

Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury retail.
Robust customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage store operations efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Prior experience in fashion retail, boutique, luxury sales, or customer service will be preferred.
