Supervise and carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical wiring, panels, motors, DG sets, and other power systems.
Ensure compliance with the Indian Electricity Rules and safety regulations using a valid C-License.
Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems for preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Maintain logs of repairs, inspections, and energy consumption records.
Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing pipelines, water pumps, storage tanks, valves, and sanitary fixtures.
Identify and fix leaks, blockages, and pressure issues in the water supply and drainage systems.
Ensure proper water distribution for operational and facility needs.




Maintain plumbing layout drawings and schedule preventive maintenance.
Lead a team of technicians and helpers for daily maintenance tasks.
Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely task completion.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for large-scale installations and repairs.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory compliance, and operational standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
