Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to handle inbound calls for an international process. The role involves understanding customer concerns, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls from international clients (UK/US).
Understand customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
Maintain qualified communication and high service standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal processes.
Meet quality and productivity targets set by the organization.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
Willingness to work in UK/US rotational shifts .

Work Schedule & Perks
