Salary : ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved.
Drive AR automation initiatives and optimize workflow processes.
Monitor claim follow-ups, denials, appeals, and payment postings.
Analyze team performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
Manage escalations and resolve complex AR issues.

Required Qualifications :
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Medical Billing RCM.
Mandatory experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader in Medical Billing.




Strong expertise in AR (Accounts Receivable) processes and AR Automation.
Excellent understanding of Revenue Cycle Management workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and performance management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
