Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment and hiring activities
Manage employee concerns, grievances, and workplace queries with empathy and professionalism
Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities




Partner with managers for workforce planning and hiring requirements
Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data accurately
Support performance management and policy implementation
Ensure smooth HR operations and employee experience across departments

Requirements :
Around 10 years of HR experience, preferably in generalist and recruitment roles
Strong experience in Non-IT hiring
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle employee concerns with maturity and confidentiality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced work setting
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/systems is preferred

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
