1. Analytical approach on delivery
1. Root cause analysis based on 4 M
1. Manpower ahndling experience

1. Departement control procedure review and control.
1. Process control documentation.
1. Internal and external process audit exprerience.
1. Leadership mindset able to manage the quality and production team
1. Daily issue identification and provide counter measure immediate and permanent

Dialy monthly and Yearly reporting to management with direction setting for quality defect minimization.
