Invoice & PO Verification : Reconcile incoming vendor invoices against generated Purchase Orders (POs) and Valuable Receipt Notes (GRNs). Identify discrepancies in pricing, quantities, or tax calculations before approving them for payout.
Data Management & Analytics : Maintain and update daily operational trackers in MS Excel. Use functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas to clean and analyze large datasets.
Store Audits & Check-outs : Conduct physical visits to retail stores to audit inventory levels, verify stock layouts, check expiry dates, and ensure the store adheres to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Discrepancy Reporting : Flag and investigate variances between system inventory (HRIS/ERP data) and physical store stock.
Vendor Coordination : Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams to resolve invoice bottlenecks or delivery shortfalls quickly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
