Job Title : Finance Controller (CA - US Accounting & Taxation)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting :
Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting as per US GAAP

US Taxation & Compliance :
Manage US tax filings, returns, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
Stay updated with changes in US tax laws and implement necessary changes

Leadership & Process Ownership :
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and accountability
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations
Handle audits, internal controls, and risk management

Cash Flow & Strategic Planning :
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making




Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements :
Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
Robust experience in US Accounting & US Taxation
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and compliance standards
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
