Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the day-to-day digital dental production workflow during the evening shift.
Plan and monitor production schedules based on case priorities and turnaround times.
Supervise CAD/CAM production processes for dental restorations and appliances.
Operate, monitor, and coordinate production using dental milling machines, 3D printers, sintering/firing equipment, and other laboratory machinery .
Monitor machine utilization, production capacity, and downtime.
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine, software, and production-related issues .
Coordinate with CAD designers, milling/printing technicians, finishing technicians, and quality-control teams .
Ensure restorations and appliances meet the required fit, accuracy, marginal integrity, occlusion, surface finish, and laboratory quality standards .
Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of zirconia, PMMA, wax, resins, metals, and other dental materials .
Monitor rework, remakes, production errors,



and material wastage and take corrective action.
Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a dental laboratory production setting is highly preferred.
Valuable computer knowledge and ability to work with machine-control software .
Understanding of digital dental workflows, including STL files, scanning, CAD design, CAM nesting, milling/printing, sintering, finishing, and QC .
Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic machine and software issues.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the evening-shift production operation .

Shift : Evening Shift Location : Prahlad nagar, Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
