he Optical Sales Person is responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, lenses, and optical accessories, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate order processing, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vision and eyewear needs
Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses
Explain lens options, coatings, and pricing clearly
Read and understand optical prescriptions
Take accurate measurements (PD, fitting height, frame fitting)
Process sales, billing, and insurance claims if applicable
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical store
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
Manage inventory and coordinate with the lab for orders




Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in optical sales preferred
Basic knowledge of lenses, frames, and prescriptions
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in shifts
Basic computer and billing knowledge

Work Setting:
Optical store / Eye hospital / Eye clinic

Salary :
As per industry standards and experience
