Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop merchandise strategies that align with company objectives.
Source and select materials and suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Monitor production progress and address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct regular quality inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business prospects.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
In depth knowledge of Key account & Customer Relation Management.
