Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities
Source materials, products, and supplies from approved vendors
Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requirements accordingly
Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards




Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-up
Support inventory and warehouse teams in stock reconciliation

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience as Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive :
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / Supply Chain / related field preferred
Experience in retail / food products procurement is an added advantage
