Key Responsibilities
Lead and Supervise Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) Site Activities
Coordinate with the Main Contractor, Client, Project Manager and Site Engineers
Plan, Monitor and Ensure project completion according to the project schedule
Conduct and Participate in Safety, progress and subcontractor meetings
Guide and mentor project engineers, site engineers and supervisors
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project specifications
Prepare site reports, workschedules, and daily progress updates
Resolve technical ans site-related technical issues independently
Coordinate with E&I; Managers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
Prone experience leading oil and gas petrochemical projects
Solid problem solving and decision making abilities
Capable of managing multiple site teams
Ready to join immediately
Requirements :
Minimum 5 + years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical industry
India, Gulf or Singapore oil and gas, petrochemical project experience prefered
Robust leadership and tea management skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹250,000.00 per month
