We are expanding our team and seeking a agile recruiter to manage large-scale hiring of Nurse/General Duty Assistants (GDA) for our Vizag operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment of GDA (General Duty Assistant) staff.
Coordinate interviews with operations/clinical teams.
Handle bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment from nursing/GDA training institutes.
Coordinate with HR and operations for smooth joining and deployment.
Achieve monthly hiring targets as per manpower requirements.
Build robust pipeline for continuous hiring needs
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
