Managing Appointments : Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming doctor consultations, surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
Coordination : Cordinating with relelant departments for appointments
Calling : Calling prospective patient support
Patient Triage : Answering initial patient calls and routing medical emergencies or clinical questions directly to nurses or doctors.
Data Management : Updating digital marketing startegy
