We are looking for proactive CS - Telecalling Executives to contact drivers from a provided database, understand their job preferences, onboard them, and drive subscription conversions.
The role involves driver engagement, app onboarding, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Positive communication skills (Tamil mandatory; English/Hindi is an added advantage)
Basic knowledge of telecalling or customer interaction
Ability to explain mobile apps and guide users patiently
Basic computer and smart phone knowledge
Ability to maintain call and conversion records properly
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
