Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and medical documentation .
Ensure proper patient care, hygiene, and comfort at all times.
Educate patients and families about health care, medications, and treatment plans .
Monitor patients for changes in health condition and report to the doctor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and proper infection control practices in the clinical area.
Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies .
Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare protocols .
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, and other healthcare specialists to ensure quality patient care .
