Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) network operations
Coordinate with patrollers, FRT, and client engineers for fault resolution
Handle fiber cuts, breakdowns, and ensure timely restoration
Assign tasks and track daily activities of field teams
Maintain records of faults, closures, and maintenance activities
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management
Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance work
Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and minimize network downtime

Requirements :
Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, Telecom, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in telecom / OFC operations
Knowledge of optical fibre networks and splicing
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Willingness to travel and handle field coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
