Key Responsibilities
Assist in the registration and basic configuration of WhatsApp Cloud API .
Support the integration and testing of WhatsApp Cloud API with internal systems.
Monitor API performance and help troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Assist in configuring webhooks, API tokens, and related technical settings.
Coordinate with the development team for API implementation and issue resolution.
Maintain technical documentation for API setup, configurations, and processes.
Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in system maintenance, software installations, and user account management.
Prepare technical reports and maintain records of IT-related activities.
Stay updated with the latest developments in WhatsApp Business Platform and related technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, BTECH, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Cloud API and its registration process.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API authentication concepts.
Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,



or PHP is an added advantage.
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL is preferred.
Basic understanding of Git or other version control systems.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn recent technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Meta Developer Console and WhatsApp Business Platform.
Basic understanding of API testing tools such as Postman.
Familiarity with webhook configuration and API debugging.
Solid attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
